Click on the tracking number link provided within the email.

You will be redirected to the carrier's website with the most up-to-date status of your shipment.

Frequently Asked Questions

I haven't received my tracking email yet.
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and shipping after your order is confirmed. If you haven't received a tracking email after 3 business days, please check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, contact us at glambazar02@outlook.com with your full name and order number.

My tracking information hasn't updated in a while.
It can sometimes take 24-48 hours for the carrier's system to update after a scan. If your package appears stuck for more than a few days, please check the carrier's site for any known service alerts, or contact us for assistance.

The tracking shows "Delivered," but I haven't received my package.
First, please check around your property, with neighbors, or in a secure location like a porch or mailroom. Carriers sometimes mark items as "Delivered" prematurely. If you still cannot locate the package after 48 hours, please email us immediately, and we will initiate an inquiry with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been shipped?
Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number is generated, we are unable to redirect the package. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly upon receiving your tracking information, as they may offer address interception services for a fee.
