All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has left our warehouse.
2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We are proud to offer international shipping from our headquarters in Hong Kong. We partner with trusted global carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and EMS to ensure your package is delivered safely and efficiently.
3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. These costs and estimated delivery timelines will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Please note: The following are estimates and do not include order processing time. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures and local postal service delays.

Express Shipping (e.g., DHL, FedEx): Typically 5-10 business days.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders (outside of Hong Kong), please be aware that your purchase may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country.
JV Apparel has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. As the recipient, you are solely responsible for paying any such charges upon delivery or pickup of your package.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding potential fees.
5. Order Tracking

6. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered completely and accurately during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you need to correct your shipping address, please contact us immediately at glambazar02@outlook.com. We can only modify the address if your order has not yet entered the fulfillment process.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
glambazaris not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows a package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first checking with neighbors or your local post office.
