At glambazar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help with a straightforward return process.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
It must be returned in the original packaging you received.
You have 14 days from the date you receive your package to request a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Any items marked as final sale or clearance.
Gift cards (if applicable).
3. How to Initiate a Return
Please follow these steps to ensure your return is processed smoothly:
Contact Us: Within the 14-day window, email our customer service team at glambazar02@outlook.com. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.
Receive Instructions: We will email you the return authorization and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
Ship Your Return: Carefully pack the eligible items and ship them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives back at our facility.
4. Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Deductions: Please note that the original cost of shipping is non-refundable. For returns that are not due to a fault on our end (e.g., an error in our fulfillment), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We take great care in ensuring your order is perfect. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at glambazar02@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the product issue. We will cover all shipping costs to resolve this for you promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
7. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on sale or at a discount are final and cannot be returned.
